CLARNETTE RIESLING, GRAMPIANS, VICTORIA
This brilliant & pale straw Riesling shows intense lime and citrus aromas is completed with orange blossom. Also showing wet steel and mineral notes, concentrated lime, lemon and orange rind flavours. Ample texture & volume as well powdery talc, it’s zesty acidity finishes both long and scrumptious.
POGGIO DEI PRINCIPI PINOT GRIGIO, VENETO, ITALY
From Italy’s notable north east comes this plush and refreshing Pinot Grigio with a nose of white peach, apple, pear and white florals. Fresh and juicy mouthfeel and would pair well with most seafood or Asian dishes.
FATTORI SOAVE, SOAVE, ITALY
This striking wine from Veneto is made from 100% Garganega and is showing floral hints of jasmine and wisteria, stone fruits & citrus. Intriguing hints of graphite, nettles and sage. Towards the end, aromas of tree nuts. Elegant and round on the palate yet finishing fresh.
INKWELL ‘YELLOW’ GRILLO, McLAREN VALE, SOUTH AUSTRALIA
Originating from Sicily this varietal is ideal for Mclaren Vale’s diverse climate. With humble notes of green apple, seaweed and chalky salinity, this wine will astound you for as fresh and savoury as it may appear it also breathes texture and power.
WICKHAMS ROAD CHARDONNAY, YEA VALLEY, VICTORIA
With aromas of stone fruits, a touch of grilled nuts and a hint of matchstick, you have to wonder how winemaker Franco D'Anna can make a wine this complex at the price! The palate is still pretty tightly wound, and this impeccably made wine finishes satisfying and long.
PROVENANCE ROSE, GOLDEN PLAINS, VICTORIA
Made from 100% Pinot Noir this Rose shows aromas of ripe red berries, fresh apple, and a hint of florals. The palate is lively and fresh, carried by a bright streak of natural acidity and a silky texture that lingers effortlessly. Juicy notes of melon, blood orange, and zesty lemon make each sip crisp and refreshing.
BC WINES PINOT NOIR, BENDIGO, VICTORIA
Harvested from a single-site on the granitic slopes of Faraday, Bendigo you’ll see aromas of ripe red cherries, alpine mint and forest berries, intertwined with complex earthy notes. Using 15% whole bunch, mixed oak barrels fermentation showing depth of seamless fruit, acid and lingering aromatic spice.
FRINGE SOCIETE GAMAY, SOUTHWEST FRANCE

ROSENVALE ’10 BULLS’ GRACIANO BLEND, BAROSSA VALLEY, SOUTH AUSTRALIA
Classic Graciano characters of violet, spice and white pepper dominate the nose, leading into the bright pop of fruit on the front palate. This gives way to juicy raspberry from the Grenache and spice and length from the Tempranillo. The perfect pizza wine.
IL BARROCCIO NERO D’AVOLA, SICILY
This sensational red wine is spicy and juicy, displaying flavours of drupes and ripe berries. It bursts with aromas of ripe dark cherry, charcoal and warm spices, it has grippy yet smooth tannins. It is perfect for sitting next to the fire or paired with dark meat dishes.
GIOIELLO SYRAH, GOLBURN VALLEY, VICTORIA
This wine from Gioiello is a sensational representation of Victorian cool climate Shiraz. It exhibits typical continental characteristics with lifted red fruit flavours blended with pepper and spice.
HODDLES CREEK CABERNET SAUVIGNON, YARRA VALLEY, VICTORIA
Has all the finesse of Upper Yarra Cabernet Sauvignon with chocolate and blackberry on the nose; spends a full 12 months in old oak with dark spice and black fruits & some oak. Tannins are grippy and complex.
